I wanted to send a quick email to let you know that I appreciate the way you operate your business.  You always try to troubleshoot issues over the phone and have NEVER told me to contact a technician to have him look at my tanning beds.  Today is a perfect example.  My top lights would not stay on when the bed was closed.  You diagnosed the problem over the phone.  The problem cost me only a phone call to you and a couple of minutes.

I also appreciate that fact that I do not need to price shop other tanning distributors because I know I get the best price along with service from you!
