Upon receipt of your bed shipment please follow the checklist below:

 Inspect all boxes for any visible external damages.

-If any damages are present, please make sure to note the damages before signing for the order.

- If damages are not noted you may be held responsible for all costs to repair.

-Call AJ’s at(888) 724-3993to report damages.

 Open the boxes within 24 hours to inspect the equipment for any damages.

-If any damages are present, call the trucking company immediately and report a concealed damages claim.

- If concealed damages are not noted within 24 hours you may be held responsible for all costs to repair.

- Call AJ’s at(888) 724-3993to report damages.

 Install and set up equipment and check for proper operation.
