Wondering about the status of an order? Want to change your account or order information? Care to subscribe to or unsubscribe from a mailing? Whatever you need to do, you can do yourself via Your Account..

  • Simply click My Account at the top of this page. (This link will always be available to you from any page on the web site.) We'll ask you to sign in with the e-mail address and password associated with your account. If you forgot your password, we can help you get a new one
  • If you are a new customer and haven't placed an order with us yet, you must register or open an account with us first.
    Opening an account is required, once your account is created you must call our office so we can give your account the required access levels for you to see the Anytime Prices listed on the site.  Without this access level you will not be able to see the correct prices and you will be unable to complete your order.

Using The Shopping Cart

Placing An Item In Your Cart 

  • You must have an account with the correct access levels to view Anytime Fitness prices and to complete your order.  If you are un familiar with this process please click the following link for more information.  How to use this site.

  • When you see an item you'd like to purchase, simply click "Add to Cart" next to the item

  • That puts the item in your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page, where you'll be able to view the items you've added to your cart

  • You can also change the quantity of each item you've selected and remove items, if you want

  • From your cart, you can either check out or continue to shop

Checkout Process
  • The first step before checkout is to review your order on the shopping cart page

  • Here you can move remove items from your cart by clicking "Delete." You can also delete the entire cart simply by clicking "empty cart."

  • When you are satisfied with your order, click "Checkout Now" and you're on your way to completing your purchase

  • Once you've entered the checkout process there are only 2 stages to complete.  The first stage is SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESSES here you will provide a shipping address that you would like your order to go to.  Next you will provide a billing address for your order.  This address is where we will send your bill to. 

  • The second and final stage is ORDER REVIEW & CLUB LOCATION.  Here you will review your order total and enter your clubs location according to the sample provided.  Payment for your order can be accomplished in one of two ways.  Click the following link for payment details

  • Click place order and your finished, print a copy for your records if you wish

  • You will receive an "Order Acknowledgement" e-mail from us shortly after you submit your order.

International Shipping Now Available!

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers.   • 5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
  • 6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
  • 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
  • 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
  • 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
